Apilo integration

Keep using Apilo.
Photos for every channel handle themselves.

Apilo handles orders, stock and listing across many channels at once. PixelFiddler takes over what happens to a photo before that — background, packshot, per-channel sizes. You set it up once, and every new photo takes the same path without you.

Setup takes a few minutes. You don't move your photo library and you change nothing in Apilo.

The difference

Photos are the one thing left on your side

Apilo will move a product to every channel at once — with price, stock and description. It passes the photos on as they entered the system. If they need to be cut out, on white, at the dimensions Allegro wants, somebody has to prepare them first. Usually that somebody is you. In the evening.

These steps stay on your side
1

Supplier photos at one standard

Packshot, UGC shots, relighting, upscaling with no visible quality loss. From an ordinary photo, without a studio — even when every supplier sends them differently.

2

The whole path, not one step

You set the order once: background → white → per-channel sizes → filenames. Every new photo takes the same path.

3

Set once, runs on every product

Drop photos onto a product, mark it ready and walk away from the computer. The automation builds the cover, the remaining shots and the extra materials — in as many versions as you have channels in Apilo.

4

Sizes for every channel

Allegro wants something different from Amazon, and Amazon something different from eBay. One profile prepares every version at once.

Honestly

Apilo takes all of multichannel selling off your plate

We're not here to replace Apilo. It does things we don't do and don't intend to take on.

Selling across many channels at once

Allegro, Amazon, eBay and your own store from one panel, without clicking through each separately.

Orders, stock and shipping

The whole post-sale operation, couriers and warehouse in one place.

Dropshipping and suppliers

Supplier integrations that pull products and stock into your catalogue on their own.

If your photos arrive finished from a supplier and you do nothing to them — Apilo alone is entirely enough. Genuinely. We only start to earn our keep when supplier photos still have to be brought to a single standard.

Who does what

Your process stays.
One step happens without you.

The processing runs without you: drop the photos in, mark the product ready and walk away. Sending to Apilo is one click — one product or a whole selected list. From there they travel exactly as they always did.

Done. The next photo takes this path on its own.

You don't move your photo library. You don't change settings in Apilo. We work on copies — we don't overwrite your originals.

AI Act

Switch marking on, and AI photos leave us already labelled

The EU AI Act's Article 50 transparency rules have applied since 2 August 2026. In short: if a photo looks real but was generated or significantly altered by AI, the buyer should be told. On one photo that is trivial. Across a catalogue pushed to several channels at once, a question comes up: who remembers which ones came out of AI?

The automation remembers.
It made them.

The badge sits in the corner of the photo, at a size and position you set once. What counts as AI content follows from the kind of operation. Judging whether a given listing needs a disclosure is still your call.

The mark stays in the file

One photo goes into several listings at once and has to be labelled in each. You switch marking on once in your space settings, and we burn the badge into the photo on download and when sending to channels that have no field of their own for this — so it stays in the file wherever it goes. Where a channel does expose a field for an AI declaration, we fill it in on the integrations that support it.

What we don't mark

We don't treat background removal or upscaling as content creation, so those photos are never marked. We mark what AI actually drew: generated photos and UGC. That's our rule, not a reading of the law — if you're replacing a background with a generated one, treat it as generation.

Apilo and product photos — common questions

No. PixelFiddler doesn't replace Apilo, it sits alongside it. Orders, stock and listing stay exactly where they are.

Descriptions are one thing, photos another. Ours carry no separate charge — they're in the plan alongside the photos, and they're built from the same product data as the visuals. One profile for photos and copy means both come out in the same style. If descriptions are already sorted elsewhere, take just the photo processing from us.

The processing does — you drop the photos in, mark the product ready, and click nothing after that. Sending to Apilo is one click, for a single product or a whole selected list. From there the photos go to every channel you list on.

Your originals in PixelFiddler stay untouched — we work on copies and never overwrite the source files. Do note that sending finished photos to Apilo replaces the photos on the linked product there.

Usually a few minutes. Your Apilo API credentials and a decision about what happens to your photos.

No. We also integrate with Allegro, Base.com, IdoSell, Shoper and Shopify. Apilo is one option, not a requirement.
