Since 2 August 2026, EU transparency rules apply to content made with AI. You flip one switch — we declare the photo as AI co-created wherever the marketplace supports it, and burn a visible badge into the rest.

Background removal and upscaling don't count as generation.
We look at what each operation actually does to the photo. If AI adds something that was not there, the badge goes on. If it only improves what you already shot, it does not. Images built by AI from scratch are recognised separately.
Where the channel has an API for it (Allegro, for example), the photo ships with an AI co-created flag.
For downloads and channels without an API, the badge is burned into the pixels — permanently.
